Fit Care 360

In the current version, most information is stored locally on your device using browser or app storage. This can include your profile (name, basic details), health tool history (BMI, BP, menstrual, pregnancy, calorie calculations), medicine tracker entries, doctor biodata, donor forms, ambulance forms, and "My reviews" history.

By default, Fit Care 360 does not sync this data to a central server. That means your information stays on your phone or browser only. If you clear app data, uninstall, or change devices, your stored information may be lost. Future versions may add secure cloud backup with your explicit consent.

When you fill in forms such as "Be a blood donor" or "Be an ambulance rider", you agree that your name, location, and phone number may be shown to app users who search in the blood donor or ambulance contact lists. This is only for health‑related help and not for marketing or unrelated communication.

Some features, such as phone call shortcuts (e.g. tap "Call" for an ambulance) use your device's dialer. We do not capture call content. If future versions use notifications or camera (for scanning food/barcodes), those permissions will be requested clearly inside the app and can be revoked from your device settings at any time.

A future production release may use privacy‑respecting analytics to understand which screens are used the most, so we can improve the experience. Such analytics would be aggregated and would not include your individual health values (for example, we do not need to know your exact BMI or BP history to improve UI flows).

Because your health and emergency data is stored on your device, you control how long it stays. You can clear browser storage, uninstall the app, or use the in‑app "Delete account" / reset options to remove local history. When cloud features are introduced, we will clearly describe retention periods and deletion options in an updated policy.

Fit Care 360 is designed for adults and older teenagers who can understand health recommendations. Parents or guardians should supervise any use by children. Do not upload or store information that you are not comfortable keeping on your device (for example, extremely sensitive notes or third‑party data without permission).

We may update this privacy policy when new features are added, especially if they involve online accounts, syncing, or payments. We will highlight major changes inside the app. By continuing to use Fit Care 360 after changes are published, you agree to the updated policy.
